1. Who we are

Color the Football is operated by Color The Football S.L., Passeig de la Riera, 6C, 08329 Teia, Barcelona, Spain. Contact: hola@colorthefootball.com.

2. Your account

You need an account to create a book. You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity in your account.

3. Your photos and consent

• You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photos, or have their permission, and that you have the right to upload them.
• You give us permission to use the photos only to create your book, as described in our privacy policy.
• Do not upload photos that are unlawful, offensive or of other children without their parents’ permission. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks these rules.

4. Products and prices

• Digital edition: 24 personalized coloring pages as printable PDFs (A4 and US Letter), 11.90 €.
• Printed book + digital: a printed A4 coloring book with a color cover, plus the digital edition, 29.90 €, shipping within the EU included.
• Prices include VAT. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout.

5. How the book is made

• The pages are illustrated with artificial intelligence from your photos and checked before delivery. We aim for a strong likeness, but an illustration is an artistic interpretation and cannot be identical to a photo.
• You see a free preview before paying. After ordering you can ask for 2 free redos of individual pages.
• We do not reproduce club crests, sponsor logos or brand marks. Kits are drawn in the colors and patterns you choose.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your order is confirmed by email.

7. Delivery

• Digital edition: available to download in your account, usually the same day.
• Printed book: made on demand by our print partner and shipped to the address you give, usually within 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery times are estimates.

8. Cancellations and returns

• Each book is personalized for you, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to it (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). For the digital edition, you agree at checkout that delivery starts immediately and that you lose the right of withdrawal once it does.
• If a printed book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, tell us within 30 days with a photo and we will reprint it or refund you. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Intellectual property

• Your photos remain yours. The illustrations, layouts, templates and brand belong to Color the Football.
• You receive a personal, non-commercial license to print, use and share your book, for example with family and friends. You may not resell it.

10. Liability

We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one in force when you place your order.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may go to the courts there. Before going to court, please contact us at hola@colorthefootball.com so we can try to solve it together.
